- Winding Creek Puppies guarantees that each puppy is free from major congenital health conditions for one year from the date of purchase.
- Exclusions: This guarantee does not cover conditions caused by accidents, infections, or lifestyle-related issues after purchase.
- Claim Process: Any claim under this guarantee must be supported by documentation from a licensed veterinarian.
4. Pickup and Delivery
- Once a puppy is picked up or delivered, the purchaser assumes all responsibility for the puppy's care and well-being.
